wanted to know tenant and landlord right
i m living in 3rd floor my landlord start ilegal construction on terece like toilet , room the problem is there is no maintenace of building and there is lots of lecage in seeling there lot of chance of short circuit and he said this is my property if u have problem get out from my home i m liveing in that home last 33 year so what is solution of that so plz give me advice

You can restrained him by injunction order from the court on above grounds and can also complain about illegal construction. I presume you are a regular rent payer.
