दिल्ली में grandfather के नाम एक प्लाट है उनका १० साल पहले निधन हो चूका है और वो इस प्लाट की कोई विल नहीं कर गए है. यह प्लाट अभी तक खाली पड़ा हुआ है. अभी इस प्लाट का बटवारा भी नहीं हुआ है लेकिन मेरा भाई उस प्लाट पर मकान बना रहा है और निर्माण कार्य शुरू कर चूका है. में इस प्लाट पर stay आर्डर लेना चाहता हु. कृपया मुझे बताये की क्या stay आर्डर लेने के लिए कोर्ट में केस दायर करना जरूरी होता है या बिना केस दायर किये ही stay आर्डर लिया जा सकता है

bina case daale stay order nahi milega. stay ke liye partition ka case daalna padega.
