Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
I want to buy a room under pagdi system from the existing tenant for 32lakhs but the landlord is asking 33% for transfer, can i with mutual understanding with the existing tenant show less amount on paper and then pay 33% of that amount to the landlord, or is their any alternate way to get the room transfer on my name?
