Dear sir,
I am buying a property from a father whose property is registered in the name of his minor son . Can he sell the property on behalf of his son.The orignal registration has fathers photograph and initials on it on behalf of his minor son.His son is now 17 and property is under contruction

Hindu as well as Mohammedan laws prohibit sale of property of minor without prior permission of court.
