Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India

How can a beneficiary access the Trust Deed and other relevant documentation for a Family Trust when the existence of the said Trust has been denied by the other beneficiaries as well as the likely Trustee's, who have connived together to breach the terms of the said Trust and have hidden the existence of the said trust from the concerned beneficiary for their own benefit.

Thank You.
