Legal Question in Workers Comp in India

Corporate Credit Cards- Individual Liability

Large Employers advise and compel its employees to use Corporate Credit Cards for all business travel and expenses.

The queries are:

1. Is it fair and legal for employers to ask its employees to pay the outstandings on the Card account (for official expenses) from their personal monies and seek reimbursements from the organization/employer. The payments/settlements by employers quite often is delayed, resulting in late Payment Levy by the card companies and or suspension of the card account by the Credit Card co.

2. If no added benefits that come along with Credit cards (loyalty points, promotions etc) are available to the employees of these corporate cards, instead are availed by the corporates themselves- is this legal?.

Re: Corporate Credit Cards- Individual Liability

dear sir,

in response it is stated that it is a form of exploitation but since no proof is found hence it is prevailing.the facilities attached with card is to be availed by the card holder and if there is any denial then you can take action against the company who issued the card.corporate can not avail benefit attached with card.

thanks.
