Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Indiana

property ownership

My sister has just moved out of her house again, she does this alot, but my question is does she have the right to take her tv and dvd player with her evev though she has never bought them. the tv and dvd player her parents bought for her. every time my sister moves ou, which is almost every year, she thinks she has to take everything she has in her room. she just moves in with friends or boyfriends never on her own. the last time she moved out she took her radio and her loser boyfriend pawned it to buy drugs. So does she have a legal right to take those things if the were just a gift?

if she didn't buy those things she cannot take them with her. if were gifted to her then she can and if she buyed then also she can, its her legal right.
