collage funding
my husband and I are divorcing and filing chapter 13. although we are both employed, we do not have funds to send our son to college. he has applied for loans and aid but is hindered by our income. what are his options?

This really is not a legal question You should talk to a financial aid counselor at the school(s) he is thinking of attending. You may also need to consider less expensive schools, or attedning part time and working full time if he can find employment
Also, some employers, such as UPS provide tuition assistance, even for their part time workers.
