Your daughter may be able to revoke the temporary guardianship. However, I cannot tell for sure as more details are needed. Feel free to contact me.

If a guardianship was created, only the court can change that state of affairs, and yes, the court is allowed to change it. Your daughter has influence, but not absolute control in this situation. As to why you would want to do this, you should sit down and discuss with an attorney in your community.

Good luck

Most definitely she can change her mind. The ket word you said was temporary guardianship. I believe there may be a few more details you are leaving out, as in why did the cousin have temp. guardianship to begin with? Feel free to call my office and we can discuss in more detail.
