i need a generic motion for dna testing on a child in indiana i have paid support on 1y now child is 11y?

I am unaware of anywhere that you can find a generic motion for genetic testing that is state specific to Indiana. You may be able to find a generic form from another state that you can adapt for use in Indiana. Good luck.
