Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

Family law (child support)

I am in indiana and have a felony for non payment of support. did time for it as well. have not been in any other trouble. now i am in civil court for a contempt hearing on non payment. i was in the hospital. and this is a very serious and honest question as off as it may seem. if I committed suicide or was in a fatal wreck, would my son till he is 18 get a check and my step daughter also till she is 18? thank you for your time in this very important matter.

Re: Family law (child support)

This is a serious answer:please get help. I have no way to contact you directly, but the options you are considering concern me greatly. Please call your local mental health center, or your clergyperson. They will be able to explain to you better than I can how much your children would lose if their father committed suicide, regardless of any monetary benefits which might be available.
