Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Indiana

Our landlady lives out of state. We have never met her. Before we went into a rental agreement she emailed us about the details of the house. It stated the house has central air. After signing an agreament and moving in we discovered it does not. She refuses to put central air in. There is mold growing and I had to go to the emergency room for heat stroke. Are there any legal actions I can take to get her to put in the central air that she said the house has?

It would be easier and a lot quicker to move. Filing a legal action could take years before you obtain an outcome.
