Legal Question in Personal Injury in Indiana

I hit my ex-husband in front of our 12 yr old daughter. He called the police and I was arrested for battery (in the presence of a child) Class D. Bonded out next day. I have Alcohol related offenses on my record but nothing like this. Am I looking at jail time or probation?
