Legal Question in Traffic Law in Indiana
My son was stopped while driving on a back road in Indiana for no reason. He was ticketed for driving with suspended license. Do officers have to have a reason to stop a driver or is this just harrassment?

They should have a reason. However, he shouldn't be driving on a suspended license regardless.
