Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Indiana

Thank you for reading my question. In 1999, my grandmother passed away while I was out of state. Prior to her death, while I lived with her and took care of her, she mentioned her will, and that the sale of her real estate would be split between my father, brother, and i. my grandmother was going to leave me one of her cars as well. I was never given any information beyond the date of her passing, and never pressed further because i thought her wishes would be carried out. well, obviously, i'm here typing away as i wonder if i have any options at this point. i'm on the autism spectrum, and went on with my life- though not without struggles, and i never asked anything of my family. i found the affidavit of delivery via searching records county courthouse. my father had apparently sworn to the attorney that he was property owner. i have no doubt that he was, but i know that he was to share with my brother and i, my grandmother spoke those words for many years prior to her death.

now, so many years have passed, that any options probably do not present for me. i thought this question may help anyone else in my situation wondering about a will that was supposed to exist, and fairness that wasn't the case. it's the principle of matters here.

respectfully yours-
