Presenting video and audio and photographs in custody battles.
I am facing custody problem with spouse i have some video recordings , some family photogrphs and some audio recording to support my good relations with family .Can any one help me as to how they should be referenced in petition , and how they should be presented in the court . Pl dont tell me to ask a professional .Pl guide me i want to do it myself any suggestions are welcome .
1- all audio recordings should be properly transcripted in the paaper for judges to go through them quickly at glance as court room may be noisy for them to hear the voice .
2- All vedeo should be encripted with dates and the dialogues between the people present in the form of script and actors .
3- all photo graphs should be referenced and emotion date ,place and members should be described .

You described the sequencing and referencing appropriately. In the petition, you should make mention of all events in a chronological order;
whenever you are finished with describing the event, supported by evidence, and you intend annexing that evidence with your petition, you may mention : A true copy of ..... is annexed herewith and marked as Annexure P...
