Legal Question in Family Law in Iowa

Well I'm 8 months pregnant planning to move have no contact with father. I know I can move b/c the child is not born yet. He left me pregnant and didn't tell me where he move or his phone number. Hasn't helped out financially or bothered to ask about us. So I am moving out of the state close to my mom for financial support. Since the baby is going to be born in a different state would that be considered the child's home state? And if he wished to file to establish paternity it would have to be in the home state correct? Or would UCCJEA apply due to the baby was concieved in his state? Technically asking about long arm jurisdiciton and how that works? If I don't place him on the birth certificate and I can't even let him know I'm moving how would he even know where I went? I'm not even sure I can let him know the baby was born?
