Hello, my father died on 01/07/2007 hd had NO will on file, what will happen to his estate? He has 7 daughters and a son.

It will have to be probated over to his heirs which includes his surviving wife and his children. That means procedures in probate court. It is not that expensive but hopefully his estate is sufficient enough to justify the expense. Send me an e-mail if you want further advice as to what is needed to be done. Dennis
