Legal Question in Criminal Law in Kansas

I was arrested under two class a misd.; one paraphernalia and the other possession of marijuana. With another person, not to mention. He got the same charges and has the same record, except i was the driver and it was my car. We have the same judge but our court dates were about two weeks apart. He waived his right to an attorney and pleaded guilty, receiving unsupervised probation and a $500 fine. Can i expect the same outcome if i do that too?

You might be offered the same deal. But, you should consult directly with a defense attorney, in your area, to have your case evaluated. As the driver, you may be prosecuted more stringently.
