Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Kansas

father died 5 years ago - step mother would not produce will - 2 different attrys same law firm affirmed the will existed - she still would not produce - did not probate because she said no and now what? My father had millions which she gave to her children (no children in common) he was a banker all of his life he had millions in property, stocks, bonds, annutities, retirement, securities, money markets, etc. She will not budge instead she says durable power of attorney gave her the authority to dispurse all assets/where to go from here? discovered the deception 1 years ago
