this being my 1st offense and only offense on my record can i get my charges reduced to a minimum and my driving privelegdes revoked at a minimum?

If this was your first offense, and if you didn't cause the police officer or breath tech any grief, and if there were no aggravators (e.g. injury accident, really high B/A level, etc.), and if you have a lawyer who is at least competent, then there is a good chance you will get the minimums.
