Expunge an Alcohol Intoxication
I was picked up on alcohol
intoxication. I am wondering about
the process to expunge the record.
Do I plead guilty at the hearing, but
request an expungement. Also, if it
is expunged, do I need to report it on
a job application in the future? What
are the possibilities of being put on
probation, and if I am , will I be
restricted from leaving the state?

You may be eligible for a pre-trial diversion of the charge. Check with the prosecutor (County Attorney's office in your county) or a lawyer.
Expunge would only occur much later.
