why is a pot cigarette a felony in kentucky. it was in my ashtray.now i cant even get a job.i think i was targeted.done jail time andmore then stuff then other people

It was either a big pot cigarette or it was not the first offense of possession of marijuana. Or the marijuana cigarette was laced with something that is a felony that maybe you did not know about.
