There are no specific grandparent visitation rights. There is a statute in Kentucky that allows the court to give visitation to grandparents. This statute is KRS 405.021. However, it does nto mandate that the judge do so. Furthermore, U.S. Supreme Court decisions severely limit what a judge can order, even under this statute, when the parents object to visitation.

In other words, you have a right to file a suit to get visitation with grandchildren, but it is far from certain that you will actually succeed.
