Legal Question in Family Law in Kentucky

I may be heading for a divorce, and my concern is: My name has been on the deed of my Mother's house for years, even before I got married, if a divorce happens, is my mother's house at risk to my spouse?

It depends on whether you have been making any payments on your mother's home during the marriage. If you have not and have not been contributing to your mother's residence financially or otherwise then probably not. If you have been making payments during the marriage, then depending on the amount, there may be a marital portion of your mother's residence subject to your spouse receiving a share.
