me and my wife live in ky nd shes planing on leaving me soon to go to tn and shes trying to take our daughter can she do this without my consent

You would need to file an action with the court to prevent this- either divorce, separation or custody action. You could also ask the court for immediate relief and try to prevent her from leaving with the child. Short of goign to court there is no other answer that i am aware of.
