I need to know how to submit a 'Motion to set aside a judgement'. Is there a form I can print from the computer?

There is no form to use. This motion is complicated and great care must be taken to set out all of the issues in order to preserve them for appeal if needed. The motion must comply with the rules and there are VERY limited time periods.
