Legal Question in Legal Ethics in Kentucky

Is this legal?

Is it against the law to not answer interrogatories you recieve after a small claims court ruling?Can you do jail time for this if you never recieved a supeona or summons to appear in court?Or could a bench warrent be issued?What would the charges be?

Failing to comply with discovery requirements could result in your claim being dismissed and a judgment entered against you on the other guy's claim.

You won't go to jail as it is not a criminal act, but you will probably lose your case if you don't answer.
