Kentucky attorneys have access to internet files from the courts in all 120 Ky. counties. You could contact a local attorney who could check this for you.

Otherwise, you can go to the Circuit Court Clerk's office, in the county in which you think the lawsuit may have been filed, and the Clerk will run a records check for you. These filings are public records.
