checking account
Dad died leaving checking account with his & my sister's name on it the bank says she was only a signer for the checks she thought she was on his account can't get the money out.bank told her to hire a lawyer she can't afford to.

It is possible an attorney could represent you in this and be paid out of the funds in the bank account.
