Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Louisiana

Sexual Harassment

My home manager brought in some lesbian friends and got them hired but when they checked there record they were denied hiring because of there record. She also slap female employees on the behind and make sexual comments to female employees.I reported to superiors and they told me whatever she did on her off time was her business but what they failed to realize she did it on the job. On May 3rd I was terminated from my job because they choose her gay lover to conduct investigation on allegation that were made against me that were false. I was denied unemployment insurance because my place of employment wrote to the unemployment office that I was terminated for non-injuries neglect. I want to know if any lawyer could help me with my case. Thank you

Re: Sexual Harassment

Ask for a hearing in your unemployment claim. Were you the victim of the sexual harassment? If not, you do not have a claim. For a retaliatory discharge claim, you would have to prove you were fired for reporting the misconduct, and that you were not guilty of the conduct for which they claimed you were fired.
