Legal Question in Constitutional Law in Louisiana

I have been working in NY since hurricane Katrina but I still vote in New Orleans where I own a home and my husband still works. I just got a jury summons. I don't want to change my residency. What do I do?

All the courthouse and tell them why you cannot go there.
