consent judgment

my husand and I agreed to a consent judgment. but part of it was that my husband would sign off on it. (he was not present in court at the time) this was never done. Since he did not sign off on it is this a legal judgment

I assume that you are talking about a judgment in favor of a third peron on a debt. I believe that you could commit to the consent judgment against yourself which would be collectible from your and your husband's community property. But, he would have had to be present or represented by a lawyer for the judgment to be against him.
