Legal Question in Criminal Law in Louisiana

A girl at my daughter's school brought a bottle of visine to school with the intention of putting it into my daughter's water bottle and/or food at lunch. When exposed prior to committing the act, she confessed to the principal and did in fact have a bottle of visine in her possession. Is there any action I can take?

The most that could happen is a juvenile charge. I have had experience with the Louisiana Attorney General's Office when it comes to juveniles and things that happen in school. They have a special unit that does that. Contact them with your story. If you are asking if there is a civil suit. all I can tell you is anyone can sue for anything, but you must have damages. So, I do not see where you have a civil action.
