Legal Question in Criminal Law in Louisiana
I recently went to jail for property damage to my boyfriends vehicle.I'm out and we started back dating the same night i got out.He has invited me over and help paid a bill.Now we are into it again and now he is threating to call the police I'm stalking him.I kept every text that he sent me to back myself up in case he does call them.What should i do?Can i get in trouble for responding to his text and phone calls?
