i wanna know bout a carnaknolge law i had a baby with a girl 3 years ago and she was 15 i was 18 and i been paying child soupprt for the past year and theres no birth cetffict no dna are enything and we did a notrey paper after a year she didint want me to see the baby and as long as i paid my child soupprt i can see my son and she dont let me see him at all and she wants 700 in child souprrt now plz help me theres gotta be a way i can fight this without going to jail

If it can be proven that you had a relationship with her, it is possible that you could be charged. However, it is very close to the prescriptive period which will prevent a bill being filed against you.
