Dwi and reckless driving

I received a charge of DWI and a ticket for reckelss driving ath the same time. Is this considered a viloation of dubble jepordy. Can you actully be convicted of both?

They usually charge you with both, and drop the lesser charge if you plea to DWI. It is technically two separate offenses, so no double jeopardy.

DWI is a very serious charge. You should seek the advice of an attorney right away.

Yes you can be charged with both. There is no double jeopardy. You need a lawyer who really understands DWI law.
