My fiance is trying to get his license in Louisiana. The problem is his license was suspended in Pa for underage drinking and DUI's. He is not supposed to get his license back until April of 2014. He needs his license for his job. What can we do to get them back? He has been out of trouble for the past eight years or something like that.

That certainly sounds like an unusually long suspension period. First, I would check with PA and see if the suspension is still in effect. If it is, you will likely have to apply in PA for a hardship license which will allow him to drive for work only. Aside from that, there is really nothing you can do except wait until the suspension is lifted.
