Legal Question in Personal Injury in Louisiana

My wife tripped on uneven walk way at a hotel she has 3 fractures in her wrist was severly bruse we don't know our rights she has been on alot of pain missed work and they sent us a letter and want a full release of medical records and want all our picture what do we do

Do NOT sign anything until you have spoken to an attorney in person. A release would waive her right to sue to recover for her medical bills, lost earnings, and pain and suffering.
