How can a mortage company foreclose on a home and sell it with someone fulfilling their bankruptcy agreement and being up-to-date on their payments???? Also the mortage company started sending the payments back before the foreclosure and never informed the buyer what was taking place!!!!

If you are in bankruptcy you probably have an attorney. You need to speak with your attorney so that he/she can explain the process. I am not a bankruptcy attorney but there is a bankruptcy proceeding in which the creditoer can lift a stay and proceed with a foreclosure. You need to speak to your attorney and discuss what is happening to you.
