Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Louisiana

I am trying to buy a truck from a lady. The truck is in titled to her live in boyfriend. They lived together for 17 years but had no children together and were never married. He has no family left alive. The truck is paid for. She is unsure who can sign the title of the truck once I buy the truck.

Go to a title transfer company (not the DMV) and ask them how to get this done.
