If there is a will giving a surviving spouce a lawful right to inherite part of the seperete property does it mean that a decedent' children over 24 years old can't appeat against this will in the court?

It depends. You should consult with an attorney to make sure the legacy to the spouse does not interfere with the rights of forced heirs. Only a qualified succession/probate attorney can look at everything and tell.
