Can I collect unemployment for being discharged due to the fact I was incarcerated?

This question has already been answered -- NO, you cannot collect unemployment for being discharged due to the fact that you were incarcerated. Failing to show up for work is likely all your employer needed to fire you for cause. Unemployment compensation is not rewarded to those who are hired for cause.
