Legal Question in DUI Law in Maryland

Maryland Advice of Rights form (DR-15)

I was arrested for DUI. I agreed to a breath test at the police station. However, the Advice of Rights form was not verbally addressed with me by the officer, nor did I sign it (I was not asked to). I did receive a copy of this form upon release, but did not have any prior knowledge of it.

What are the ramifications of this? Is this cause for a ''no action''...i.e. charges/case dropeed?

Thanks

Whether or not your failure to sign the advice of rights form depends on the other evidence against you in your DWI case. Since you can be put in jail for DWI, you should not even consider going to court without a lawyer. He will be in the best position to judge how to use the evidence in your case.
