No, you can't file an action for emancipation without your parents knowledge. As with all litigation in the courts, people with a direct interest in the outcome have a right to be heard by the court, explaining why the requested action should or should not be granted. Parents of a minor child area clearly people with a right to participate in the court proceedings.
