pregnant emancipation

My girlfriend is pregnant, and is about to turn 17. Isn't she automacially emancipated on her 17 birthday.

No, a person is not automatically emancipated upon reaching his or her seventeenth birthday. That happens on the eighteenth birthday. There are circumstances under which emancipation may occur earlier (not automatically) but being pregnant is not generally one of them.

She's emancipated on her 18th birthday based on age. Other factors may bring about her emancipation; for example, if she's self-supporting at an earlier age, she could be considered emancipated.
