Same sex divorce

Hi, I am in a same-sex relationship,we had a civil union in Vermont and are now splitting up. We refinanced her house with my name also last June/06. Do I have any legal rights to some money from the house?

If your name is on title, you may have a claim to some of the equity. This would require an agreement or a complaint for sale in lieu of partition.
