My house is scheduled to be sold at a foreclosure auction on 10/09/15, how long do i have to get out of the house if the property is sold.

This varies depending on how swiftly the foreclosure purchaser proceeds to get court ratification of the purchase, which is a step toward transfer of title. You will probably get a letter demanding vacation of the property by a certain deadline. Sometimes, in order to get possession asap and without difficulty, the purchaser will offer a financial incentive.
