Can my husband who is now my divorced husband.

tell me I cannot buy the house that i share with my 18yr old daughter and I get 70% of the house

He has his own house he is a well u know what his only reason is he doesnt want me to have the house.

If you are divorced then you can buy property in any manner that you seek. Any support agreement beyond age 18 should be reviewed by an attorney. Contact my office should you need representation.
