Maryland law allows minors to get out of certain contracts if they were entered into before the child turned 18, whether or not they were fraudulently made. Identity theft involves another layer and can be difficult and time consuming to deal with. Dealing with identity theft involves an extremely fact-specific area of law and you are encouraged to sit down with an attorney who can review all the details and assist you with same.

The above general legal information is not designed to offer legal advice or create any type of attorney/client relationship.
